Traditionally, the majority of Stephen’s clients have been from Ealing and other West London areas, including Greenford, Chiswick, Acton, Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and Richmond. However, word-of-mouth recommendations from clients he has helped, together with the Bowen Technique’s growing reputation in the UK, mean that people are now coming to him from as far afield as Birmingham and Leeds for treatment.

Additional qaulifications:
For many years Stephen was incapacitated by a severe postural disorder. He was in constant pain, and could neither walk nor stand unaided. Failed by traditional medicine, he turned to complementary techniques to aid his recovery. Throughout this prolonged period of incapacity, Stephen gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of a wide range of disciplines, including deep tissue massage, reflexology, shiatsu and acupressure. He also studied diet and nutrition to an advanced level.
During his three-year stint as Health Editor of the Disability Times newspaper, Stephen reviewed most of the health techniques that claimed to help musculo-skeletal conditions, offering himself as a barometer to test their efficacy. He personally found Bowen to be the most effective aid to recovery.
So impressed was Stephen with the benefits to his own condition that he decided to train as a Bowen therapist in order to bring to others the exceptional results he had himself experienced.
